How does a lackluster eyecare retailer in Queens transform into an elevated shopping experience?

Full Store Redesign

Eyecare stores typically look one of two ways: shadowy, mahogany-heavy eyeglass dungeons or bright, inviting showrooms (Warby who?). Our job was to push the store owner away from what's worked in the past, towards what will work in the future - while still maximizing the number of SKUs that could be merchandised.
