How can Microsoft launch Windows 10 around the world with consistency, ease, and eye-catching quality?

Microsoft bet big on Windows 10. We were approached by the tech giant to pitch for the global GTM activation and, having won the RFP, developed a comprehensive-yet-scalable system of units that could be executed in any retail format worldwide.


At the heart of our program was a navigation system based on how shoppers actually shop. This system made sure that they received the right information at the right time- elevating the likelihood of interaction and eventual purchase.


Our merchandising system needed to house a wide range or products while educating shoppers about the complex nature of the operating system. 
The touchpoints ranged in size and function- ensuring that small business owners in the APAC region could execute on the same level as global electronics retailers.


Based on the work we did in the pitch we worked directly with Microsoft's merchandising team to bring each element to life.
